Real Estate Photography – 20605 Pezzana Drive, Venice, Florida

It was a pleasure to photograph this beautiful home in the highly sought after 55+ gated community of Venetian Falls. This well-designed Sorrento model home features two bedrooms, a den and large ceramic tile floors on the diagonal throughout the entire home. It also has granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, custom backsplash, solid wood cabinets with under mount lighting and quality stainless steel appliances. Additional desirable features include pavers on the driveway, walkway and extended lanai, plantation shutters, crown molding and more!

Here are some images from this Real Estate Photography Session:

Golf Courses at Plantation Golf and Country Club

We photographed the two golf courses at Plantation Golf and Country Club…the Panther Course and the Bobcat Course. We spent an entire day on each course. The challenge was to decide where to start on each course to get the best lighting and blue background sky. And even with 18 holes per course, we met the challenge! Here are some shots we took.

Family Beach Portrait Session

There is something very special about a family portrait. It commemorates a time when all family members are together. A Beach Portrait Session captures that special moment with a beautiful background of sun, sea and sand. During your pre-session consultation, we get information about your family and what style of photography interests you the most. We combine our artistry with your style!

Business Portrait Session

Our Business Portrait Sessions are completed on location. We bring studio lighting and our full frame camera to our clients’ business. Our clients really like this as this saves them time away from work. In other words, we bring the studio to you!

Real Estate Photography Session – 157 Tampa Avenue, Venice, FL

Real Estate Photography requires good lighting, a full frame camera and a full frame wide angle lens. A phone or everyday use camera cannot produce the same results. Lighting will either be poor or inadequate. Important details such flooring, granite countertops, crown molding, tray ceilings, etc. may not show up. Large rooms are not captured in their entirety making them look smaller than they really are. And without a full frame camera, images are cropped which does not reveal the true dimension of great rooms, pool areas and a beautiful outside setting to name a few.

Here are some examples of a waterside condo we photographed in the Island of Venice. The homeowners and realtor were extremely pleased with the results.
